Need to change your payment details?

Need to take a break?

Follow these steps to unsubscribe on a laptop or desktop computer:

  1. Log in to your student account (by clicking on the green button of any of the 3 sections e.g. Technique, on the main page)

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click Manage My Subscriptions

  4. (see image below for a screenshot of this step) Hover your cursor (mouse) over the name of your subscription - the trash can icon will appear - click the trash can and then click "Confirm".

How to unsubscribe:

  4. Click on the trash can icon down the bottom, and click "Confirm".

Managing your subscription is your responsibility, just like with Netflix or any other service; please follow the below instructions. If you have any trouble finding things or it seems to not be working, please email info@bectilley.com - screenshots of each step from your device so I can see what you're seeing is helpful!

When you unsubscribe, you will retain access to the content in the Library until the end of your already paid-for period. e.g. If your last charge was on the 12th, you will have access until the 11th of the following month.
